I love the way the judge handled this young woman, taking into consideration that she was under stress about her baby being in the nicu..I also love the compassion that came from Inspector Quinn.He saw that she was stressed about the baby crying and how he made that Llama happy Llamaween shirt. It is amazing to me because I myself one time under a severe amount of stress had gone to court over landlord/ tenant issues, and the judge that I had( this was in Long island new york) was so understanding and compassionate, that all the worrying I was doing, just melted away because he took my circumstances into consideration.Judge Caprio, I love that you always take circumstances into consideration..God bless you and the Inspectors always
