That was something that really irked me about the Phlebotomist american flag cross shirt. I never played but I read a lot of reviews, and a common complaint was that the remake kept the “tank controls” of the original. There were tons of people defending that inclusion because it stayed faithful to the original. You can remake an old game faithfully while also still adapting it to be more modern.
