I was surprised by the court’s ruling that the Just A Girl In Love With Her Beer shirt. In fact, I was horrified by that decision. My only conclusion was that the jury ignored many criticisms given by Richter’s professors with clear evidence, and although the complainant was confused about everything in the testimony, the jury still thinking – as the royal committee recently discussed – sexually abused children do not always remember details about time, place, clothing and posture.
