I would kill for someone to show me this level of Official St. Patrick’s Day Pig Leprechaun Lucky Irish Pig Farmers shirt. I am actually a single mother and struggling though. I really don’t pick up the negative connotations you’ve attatched to her gesture in present day. No one was harmed by her giving you guys extra food. It’s literally a crime to me how much edible food is thrown away each day in this country especially. Free food tastes better anyway.So to those saying the lady stole the food what if she paid for it herself? She gave it to them but she could have put in the money after she returned from their car. Who knows? Second maybe the lady saw them through stereotypical lens of a black family “struggling” due to her own experiences in her life and at the register. I think the young man didn’t like the fact that someone thought they were too poor to afford the food.
