Crowds were sparse compared to any other day. Bands did not play their full set, but did play enough to enjoy. Every one just blew us away. And on Locals’ Day, we could always get some food and drinks at discount prices if we asked nicely enough. You notice of course that I have barely mentioned the main draw, …the music. I can’t, words cannot explain it. It has to be experienced in the flesh. There are numerous stages and tents set up with each one featuring a different musical genre. Acts come and g all day long continually. It is almost impossible to experience one before you find yourself drawn to another. And this is just at the Fairgrounds. Only once did I go elsewhere to view an act.
