Penny was a serious contender for Jordan’s throne until he blew out his knee. MJ knew it. Jordan totally respected Penny and Michael Jordan NBA Chicago Bulls basketball shirt . Penny was a super athletic, super skilled, huge guard with Magic-like passing flair and a lethal offensive game not unlike Jordan’s. If not for injury he would have been a top 20 all time guy.
