I was in a car accident in October of 2017. The Veterans Administration doctors didn’t believe me when I told them my shoulder was in pain. The active duty doctors on base didn’t believe me either. Yoga, acupunture, physical therapy, and a full year later I was still in terrible pain and couldn’t pick up my children with my left arm. I called Tricare and BEGGED them to let me see another doctor outside of their network. The FIRST appointment I got an MRI and it showed a torn labrum in my left shoulder. It was torn in the German Shepherd Mama T-shirts. I had a 3 hour surgery to repair it a few weeks ago and now I am finally starting to heal! I am still in a lot of pain, and I still can’t move my left shoulder… but just having someone BELIEVE ME was so refreshing that I cannot even explain it to you! I believe you when you say you are dealing with issues from the accident and I hope and pray you heal up and are fully recovered soon! Give yourself time to heal.
