Serendipitous that this would be posted today it’s been 6 weeks since my last radiation treatment. 4 months since I could ride my horse or bike ride. I start a program at the gym tonight for cancer survivors, hoping to ease myself back into “normal”. Terrified that I won’t be able to do much or that it’ll completely wipe me out. All going though this battle in their own way, at their own pace, gives me the courage to go tonight and do what I can and not be so hard on myself. To those in the middle don’t lose your strength this too shall pass!
