This is really moving. I’m so sorry about her father. My mother became pregnant with me (her oldest) two years after her father passed away. She was in labor with Joe Kenda my my my shirt. Towards the end of the labor, she felt she was dying. She could see her father standing in front of a light. I can’t remember everything of the story (I will ask her again soon), but seeing him gave her strength and comfort. And even though I never got to meet her dad, I’ve always felt like I knew him from her stories and the way she lives her life.
