I was going to say the same thing Samantha. Of course Yoga isn’t the cure all for everything but she has been medicated for 8 years now and Gone fishin’ be back soon to go huntin’ shirt. As a Yoga Instructor I have seen first hand the way it can change peoples’ lives and it can absolutely provide her a tool to help her escape her mind. She should try Ashtanga.
