Economy is a zero sum game when there is nothing tangible and lasting. Marijuana (cannabis) when burnt only becomes ash. In my opinion, marijuana should be legalized, but there should be no value; it’s a weed that will grow on its own if left alone. BUT, it should also remain illegal to sell (no value to anyone).
