Lora Dewey no REAGAN was a Republican. What I was eluding to was he raised taxs on the middle class 7 times in his 8 years. Mostly by eliminating tax deductions. But the middle class paid the price.by giving businesses all the tax breaks it did turn the economy around. I believe that was the turning point for the middle class in this country.we never recover from that.but the world is a different place now.
