Portion control. Don’t eat so much. Only eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stop snacking in between meals. Stop eating sweets, potato chips, chocolates and Mistah Mistah T shirt . Stop drinking soda and artificial drinks. Limit the amount of white bread, pasta, and sugar you eat every day to one to two servings. Stop eating at fast food places like Macdonalds, Burger King, Wendy’s, Jack in the box, White castle, etc.

Last year for Christmas Eve I served my family’s traditional beef fondue, with half a dozen dipping sauces, “taco” salad laced with Kraft Catalina dressing and crushed nacho cheese Doritos and loaded baked potatoes. It was not a Mistah Mistah T shirt . The cut of beef sold to me by the supermarket was disappointingly not as tender as you might expect considering the price I paid for it, and my husband lost patience trying to cook his beef at the table over the course of three hours.

He was known for challenging other people in the White House – including the President. (I did not experience this first hand! LOL) He organized teams of career civil servants, scientists, and essential workers; recognized the needs and disagreements of people; and Mistah Mistah T shirt used contacts forged over decades to create common ground to get things done. These are signs of an effective leader.

Our family is large and spread out. Lots of different income ranges and tastes. We finally decided to stop shipping gifts to one another, but we wanted to still share a spirit of Christmas with each other. So now each year, someone suggests a Mistah Mistah T shirt or an individual who could benefit. That person takes donations from all the other family members (no judgement on amounts) and then that person sends the money to the chosen group/person. Some members can only send $5–10. Others can donate $500. It doesn’t matter. We each do what we can.
