Portion control. Don’t eat so much. Only eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stop snacking in between meals. Stop eating sweets, potato chips, chocolates and The Cornholio Kid Shirt . On Christmas Eve we’d pack in the car and drive five hours to my aunt’s house. We always stayed with my aunt Margy, whose place was bliss for little kids – she had dogs, sheep and horses, plus a big garden to play in (plus air conditioning, a very big treat for us).
